| The neighborhoods of Meriam Park will contain a variety of housing types at a range of prices for people at various stages of life. Inspired by great neighborhoods of the past, and with a look to present and future needs, the neighborhoods will contain small and large single family houses, bungalow courts, courtyard houses, rowhouses, live/work houses, carriage houses, apartments and loft houses. Neighborhood streets will be intentionally designed to be slow-speed, walkable and pleasant. All houses will be designed and built to be energy efficient, durable and appealing. |
